One teen was killed and three others transported to area hospitals following a crash on North Main Street in Randolph last night.

The deceased, Terry Boston, Jr., 15, of Brockton, was pronounced on scene. Another male occupant was transported to Boston Medical Center via medical evacuation helicopter and admitted to intensive care. Two female passengers were also transported via ambulance to area hospitals.

Randolph Police were called to the scene of the crash at roughly 10:27 p.m.  Initial observations and investigation indicated that the vehicle, a 2011 Nissan Altima, was traveling southbound, left the roadway, and collided with a tree in the vicinity of 701 North Main Street.

There are no charges in place at this stage of the investigation.

“I join the Randolph Police in extending my condolences to young Mr. Boston’s family on this tragic loss of life,” Norfolk District Attorney Michael W. Morrissey said.
