Randolph Police Arrest and Charge Two Men with Drug Trafficking Following Investigation

RANDOLPH — Chief Anthony Marag reports that the Randolph Police Department arrested and charged two men with drug trafficking.

RANDY GUERRERO, 31, of Milton was arrested and charged with:

  • Trafficking Fentanyl (36 to 100 Grams)
  • Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Drug (Cocaine)

HECTOR FRANCISCO AVILA CEENO, 26, of Lawrence was arrested and charged with:

  • Trafficking Fentanyl (36 to 100 Grams)
  • Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Drug (Cocaine)

In June, the Randolph Police Department Drug Control Unit began an investigation after receiving information regarding a drug trafficking organization that was allegedly operating within the community.

Over several months, investigators identified the individuals who were reported to be trafficking and distributing illegal drugs. The individuals were allegedly operating via a dispatch type delivery service.

On Thurs. Sept. 14, Randolph Police, along with Boston E-18 Drug Control Unit and the Braintree, Stoughton, Milton and Weymouth Police Departments, Massachusetts State Police Norfolk CPAC, and Massachusetts State Police CINRET South, executed 10 search warrants on various homes, individuals, and vehicles over several jurisdictions.

As a result of the search warrants, officers recovered in excess of 300 grams of what is believed to be cocaine, over 1,000 grams of what is believed to be heroin, and more than 200 grams of fentanyl, along with U.S. Currency.

GUERO was arrested in Milton and AVILA CEDENO was arrested in Randolph, without incident, Both men are being charged by Randolph Police.

As a result of the investigation a third individual, RAMON ARIEL RODRIGUEZ MOJICA, AGE 32, of Boston has been arrested and charged in Suffolk County.

GUERRO and AVILA CEDENO entered pleas of not guilty during their arraignment in Quincy District Court on Thursday, Sept. 14. GUERRO’s bail was set at $35,000 cash. AVILA CEDENO‘s bail was set at $20,000 cash. Both men are ordered to return to court Oct. 11 according to the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office.

These are allegations. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
